如何申请P加注

谁需要P加注
如果您需要驾驶小型载客车型比如出租车或者通勤车，并因此而获利，您则需要申请P加注。包括代驾服务。
如果您需要驾驶大型载客车辆比如公交车，则不管是否获利，都需要持有P加注。
小P还是大P？
Small Passenger vehicle是指含司机在内12座以内的车型。驾驶此类车辆您需要
- 有效的P加注
- 有效的司机身份识别卡（ID），和
- 对应有效的驾照
Large Passenger service vehicle是指12座以上的车型，驾驶此类车辆您需要
- 有效的P加注，和
- 对应有效的驾照 （比如如果驾驶总重超过10，000公斤的公交车，需要2类驾照）
先决条件
必须持有新西兰1类驾照至少2年（海外驾照两年以上的可以申请豁免，费用NZD27.2，申请表格，需驾照原件和翻译件）
流程
- 完成申请表格，并递交
- 出示身份证明材料 （拿原件去，他们自己复印或扫描）
- 视力检验合格 （在代理那里现场测试就好）
- 必要时出具医学证明 （如果有特殊病史或者近5年内没有提交过相应材料）
- 办理的时候代理会拍照和获取您的签字
- 付费
- 等着通知预审结果，（申请的时候会授权NZTA自己调阅）
- 国外生活无犯罪记录
- 新西兰无犯罪记录
- 通过后预订证书课程
- 参加并通过证书考试后把培训证书发给NZTA可正式获得P加注
国外生活的无犯罪记录
需要提供以下材料(以中国为例)
- Documented proof of any traffic and criminal convictions from China. 来自的交通和犯罪的正式文档
- Where you do not have traffic and any criminal convictions, a certified document to that effect from the relevant jurisdiction. 如果没有犯罪记录，有相关部门出具无犯罪记录证明。
- If the documents are not in English, they will need to be translated by an approved NZTA translator. We will make contact with you should this situation arise. 如果文档非英文，需要由有资质的翻译转换成英文文档。
Any documents posted from an authorised Government agency, Embassy or Consulate are to be forwarded directly to this office at the address shown below in a sealed envelope and these will be retained by the New Zealand Transport Agency. If you receive these documents electronically, please forward the entire email to us.
任何由政府部门、使馆或者领事馆寄出的文档，需要带密封状态下直接转寄到NZTA。如果你收到电子文档，请给我们转发整个电子邮件。

申请1年期的小P或者大P即可
通过NZTA的预审查后再去报名参加培训
找谁申请-代理/中介：
- The Automobile Association (AA) – most AA offices
- Vehicle Testing New Zealand (VTNZ) – selected VTNZ stations
- Vehicle Inspection New Zealand (VINZ) – Auckland, Lower Hutt, Christchurch and Dunedin only.
